I cant see why you make the regeneration better and heal not as good since when I play I always use regeneration for a duration of 20 seconds and then almost nothing can kill me, nothing so far I can say but then I havent fought on the hardest quest in cave but in the rest I can survive pretty much everything so I use regeneration instead of healing.
