[LiA][Solved][Spoiler] Cannot initiate the conversation with a NPC

In the black market zone, there is a woman named Fairy. And there are two options in her dialog box:

• Get to know the fairy
  
• Talk to you later
  

Clicking either option closed the dialog box and then nothing happened.

I tried loading a previous savename and entering the black market zone (in the hope of the zone's settings not becoming bugged when I enter), but that didn't help. How to overcome this bug?
